H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 night stay for my 40th, over the Easter weekend. This was our first trip to Lanzarote. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's a small boutique hotel, that's adults only, so it's perfect for us. There are 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi, but the pools are freezing, so be warned! There are plenty of sun loungers as well. The hotel provides beach towels free of charge and replaces them as well, You give them to the lifeguard to be changed. There is a fine if you lose a towel though, so be careful. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English and Spanish. There is entertainment on in the afternoon and the evening, which is good, though it is mainly musical acts and may not suit every taste. The hotel also has an app that tells you what's on and when, which is useful. There are 2 bars, one by the pool (which is currently being renovated) and one in the lobby. There is a good selection of drinks and cocktails to suit all tastes. There is a library near the lobby bar for you to either take, leave, or borrow books, which is worth a look! The food is good, we never had a bad meal. The main restaurant called Bamboo is buffet style, so there's a good variety. There is also an Italian restaurant that you can book after staying a minimum of 6 days. The beach and town centre (if you will) of Playa Blanca is a gentle 10-minute walk, so the location is perfect! If you are after a calm, relaxing holiday, in a good location, then this hotel is for you. We will be returning, we might see you there!

Decided to visit White Suites after recommendation from daughter and her boyfriend who loved it on a previous visit. We were informed 2 weeks prior to departure about building works commencing and after discussion with hotel decided to stay with our choice. On arrival greeted with a nice glass of fizz and upgrade to deluxe suite which had a pool and bar just for the use of the deluxe rooms. Was very quiet with plenty of sunbeds and couldnt hear any noise from the building works. Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms immaculately cleaned each day. Staff very friendly our fave was Aziz who constantly has a smile on his face and looked after us well. Food was plentiful and varied although the grilled food wasnt great and we found undercooked so tended to avoid ( kebabs were cold despite being on the grill) Italian restaurant which you can book once per visit was beautiful - freshly cooked piping hot food with amazing pizzas. Favourite evening entertainment without a doubt was DJ Nandy and the white party such good fun and I imagine in summer season the place will be bouncing. Fab DJ with added fun of 360 Photo Booth Checkout time was 12 but we were allowed to keep one room until 2pm - we had late evening flights so fortunately we could book a shower in the spa to enable us to enjoy the rest of the day and use the all inclusive until 6pm All in all a great holiday glad we stuck with white suites and once the building work is completed would like to visit again and stay in a standard room to experience the hotel again

The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly especially Marcel who was lovely and gave me information on locations. I went with my sister in law and found the rooms really spacious and clean . Also close to the beach which was great. Close to shops and bars and the old town so great location

I visited for a week on a solo trip at the beginning of April (46f). My welcome at reception was exceptional. I arrived at 8:45pm and was offered sparkling wine. I was informed that the restaurant closed in 15 minutes and so it was best for me to eat first (if I wished) and then check in. As I hadnt eaten on the plane, I went to dinner. It was fun trying to explain to the waiter as I ordered a drink that I had just arrived, was all inclusive but didnt yet have a room number or AI band. But he sorted it out. My AI band was issued when I checked in and it doubles as your room key. Ive never seen this before so you have no chance of losing your band or having someone give your room number over for stolen freebies as you tap your band for all orders (except breakfast and lunch). My room was huge. I was in room 270 which was top floor (only two floors across hotel) and overlooked a small pool at the back of the property. The room is split into a bedroom and living room with no door between. It was plenty big enough for me. The balcony was huge also and contained a sun lounger which was great for me as it was too cold to swim and I could sunbathe in privacy. I would go to the pool bar for lunch and some drinks and then retreat to my room for an afternoon nap on the balcony. Every member of staff was exceptional in their welcome and service. Rooms were cleaned daily with tea and coffee replenished. Water was replenished on request. All toiletries are provided (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand wash, toothbrush and paste - Id forgotten mine!) so I know when I visit again I can save on luggage weight with my toiletries. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were plentiful but it could get a little repetitive. There were lots of pork and fish options and then repeats of the usual salads, bread and sweet dishes. There was a live cooking station for meat of your choice for dinner and for eggs for breakfast. To break things up, I ate at the pool bar for lunch as the options were different than the buffet. The portions are large and the prices reasonable if youre not AI. The Italian restaurant, dolce vita cena is included once per person during your stay if AI. It was a lovely small restaurant that required pre-booking. Staff were lovely and advised well on what was included. The arancini and pizza were within the best Ive ever had. Drinks service at dinner could be slow. Being alone, I felt I was overlooked for drinks orders in favour of larger parties. but a quick call over to the servers and I was served. My favourite place was the pool bar. Chairs were comfortable and in the shade and it was peaceful to just sit, read, drink and relax until it was time for lunch. Theres a supermarket literally across the road and the beach is a 5 minute walk with shops, bars, restaurants and the marina a further 10-15 minutes walk in either direction along the beach promenade. Overall my experience was amazing. I would def return to this hotel. Check out was at midday but I wasnt being collected until 4:30pm. However, I could still use my AI band until 6pm if I needed.
