  Estamos hospedados durante una semana en este hotel y estamos encantados con todos los servicios que ofrecen y con los empleados, pero tenemos que comentar el tema de comidas a los mediodía en el bufet hay poca variedad y muy repetitivo y por las noches seguimos casi com el mismo problema el tema de parrilla casi durante toda la semana ha sido lo mismo , faltan varias cosas un puré de patatas para acompañamiento,algún plato caliente que no sea siempre potaje de legumbres etc, por lo demás le damos muy buena nota

  volvemos A CASA - BILBAO con un buen sabor de boca, todo ha sido perfecto, pero queremos RECALCAR nuestro agradecimiento al personal del buffet , en especial agradecer a AHMED , SU BUEN TRABAJO , atento siempre y pendiente de todo.

  nuestras ganas de volver, si nos es posible el año que viene sera EN PARTE gracias a la especial SONRISA , ATENCION ESMERADA , EDUCACION , PREOCUPACION POR EL CLIENTE DEL JOVEN ALFREDO , un muchacho que destila un encanto y una atencion al cliente que te hace sentirte como en casa . Aunque esta haciendo su trabajo , transmite que trabaja con ganas e ilusion . UN SOBRESALIENTE .

  SOLO PODEMOS DAR LAS GRACIAS , ya que somos clientes de canarias todos los años y hasta ahora no nos habiamos sentido tan a gusto en ningun HOTEL .

  Hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. Comida,limpieza,trato. En especial a los camareros del restaurante de la piscina y de los del buffet.Habitacion grande y limpia.Es de agradecer que te hagan la habitacion a primera hora..Es un hotel muy tranquiloy y una cosa que se agradece i es que siempre habia hamacas libres.Seria de agradecer que el secador de pelo tuviera mas potencia, para una persona con pelo largo no es posible secarse el pelo con el que hay ahora.
