Amazing for children!! We just got back after an amazing stay. My 3 year old had the most amazing time, so much available to do. Several water slides, multiple swing parks, mini disco every night and great entertainment put on by the hotel animation staff. My son enjoyed the kids mini club ran by a lovely fella who's name evades me but had the most amount of patience and kindness for all the kids. Marta part of the entertainment team was a favorite, she had everyone up and full of energy the whole holiday, dancing and playing games with not just the kids but the adults too. Daisy the mascot is everywhere so plenty of opportunities to get a magical experience and snap some photos. I'm vegan and maria who runs the restaurant was a good send. She was so attentive to me and my family the whole time, making sure I had spoken to the chef for my options. It was honestly a fabulous place to stay and we really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.

I booked for 8 nights from end of April to beginning of May for me, my husband, 4 year old and 15 month old. Me & my husband dont normally book all inclusive hotels because we dont particularly like the buffet atmosphere for evening meals - we prefer to dine out, however as this hotel offered everything else I wanted, we thought wed give it a go. We booked half board but changed dinner for lunch most days - this is a real advantage of the half board offer. The food in the buffet was nice - good selection and quality. Other key advantages of the hotel: -sunbeds on the balcony so children can nap in the room whilst parents can sunbathe -play areas: small one for under 5s which was great for my 15 month old; other bigger play area for older ones -baby club: we visited twice and I could stay with my baby -family feel: didnt ever feel like we were an inconvenience because most people had young children -room cleaning - good job each day with bedding changed every 3 days -plenty of sunbeds -settings/gardens: looks lovely, clean -LOCATION! - short walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants The pool is one of the reasons I booked this hotel - the slides and the fact you can walk in/it has a beach feel. I was dissatisfied because the water in the main pool was so cold! this meant my 4-year old wouldnt go in not on the slide! The first half of our week, the weather wasnt great - low 20s, cloudy and windy so even going in the warmer heated pooler meant getting out was very cold. The second half the weeks weather was better (slightly warmer but fewer clouds and less breezy). This meant we could use the pools a bit more - the big pool with slides still felt cold but you could go down a slide then jump in the warmer pool which felt nice! We did have one issue with our shower - it didnt drain so wed have to keep turning it off about 3x a shower to let it drain. We also had a problem with our toilet flushing but someone was sent out very quickly after reporting the problem to reception. Other than that issue, I have no other complaints with the hotel and would highly recommend it to those with young children, if you are looking to holiday in Costa Teguise.

Most amazing family holiday! Will come back here 100% We had the best time. One member of staff was so amazing! Marco on the animation team! he would help with anything needed and made us feel so welcome. Our sons loved him very much and were very sad to be leaving the hotel purely because of Marco! He is a credit to the hotel and a fantastic member of your team!

Stayed here for a week in Easter with our 18 month old. We booked a bungalow which was a very good decision as the separate bedroom and 2 terraces made it very easy to still have an evening whilst the little one was asleep. The room was great, a comfy bed which was plenty big enough and not 2 singles pushed together which was a nice change to other European hotels. The aircon was 'ok' and kept the room cool but probably could have been a bit better as on hot days it wasn't quite enough. The food overall was very good. Whilst a little repetitive between lunch and dinner, there was still plenty of options, all looked fresh and tasted nice. Breakfast was good although didn't open until 7:15 which seemed a bit late, especially if you have children who wake up early! We tended to have lunch int he pool bar instead just to break up the lunch/dinner repeat Our son was a little young to enjoy the kids clubs but from what i saw, the animation team did a great job and there were plenty of activities through the day to keep them entertained. The activities for adults were also fun The staff were all brilliant, everyone was friendly and polite. The drinks were nice and cocktails being made fresh rather than out of a machine was a really nice addition The 3 pools gave a nice mix for kids and adults. The kids 'paddle pool' was a nice start to get our son into the water and then we could take him to the bigger pool with the slides which he enjoyed. The 'adult pool' was the warmest and was actually quite pleasant, the other 2 were a little chilly but but too bad Location was great, a few shops within a minutes walk and then 10 minutes walk from the waterfront area with plenty of bars and restaurants Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
