Amazing hotel. Wonderful entertainment, especially Dinner Show on monday evening. Wine tasting was great as well. i will be back soon

Absolutely loved our girlie week at this beautiful hotel.. we had a couple of hiccups but they were soon put right by the lovely staff. We paid for privilege and we think it was worth it, we had sea view rooms 9521 was mine, mini bar restocked every couple of days, chocolate on pillows at night access to the privilege lounge with free pour spirits beers wine etc. we only went to Volcan once for dinner as really disappointed, starter of mushrooms were like slop, two had chicken one was nice the other was like rubber and didnt taste like chicken at all 4 had steaks all asked to be cooked differently and we couldnt tell the difference, I had seabass which was massively overcooked! We liked it for breakfast.. the buffet restaurant was good with lots of choice at breakfast lunch and dinner. Visited both sakura and dolce vita and we all enjoyed our meals.. the hotel is huge and took us a while to find the bistro which was excellent as was mikes for coffee and milkshakes (dont understand why cakes arent included) entertainment was a bit rubbish. You have the pool bar for snacks during day too.. the staff are so hard working and nothing is too much trouble

Just back after our week in Junior Suite with a 3 year old & almost 2 year old. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely return again. The food in main buffet was superior to previous hotels in the area which we have stayed in. Plenty of options, meat , fish & chicken cooked fresh. There is something for everyone. Didnt experience any tepid food at any stage except for scrambled eggs at breakfast. Kids food options wasnt great being chicken nuggets , chips & pasta but my children found other things from main buffet. Sakura - food wasnt as bad as what I expected after reviews saying it was very bland. Sushi was nice , pad Thai tasted like any other pad Thai, red curry was strange but not awful, kids veal & noodles was approved by the toddler. Italian - food was good. Kids loved the carbonara & pasta with pesto. Pizza was very nice. Dinner show - dont go hungry but food was edible. Show itself was good. Kids went to Disney party and really enjoyed it. Baby Club - runs 10:30 to 1:15 and 3-5 each day. The girls were fantastic with the children. Alba being their favourite. Mini Disco - highlight for my kids. They loved the hour dancing at 8 each night and seeing Daisy at the end. We didnt have many drinks but the cocktails were nice in all areas but piano bar being a step above. Our room was cleaned every day, full linen change day 4. Clean towels every day except Sunday. Water was restocked each day. Toothbrush , rituals toiletries including shampoo and conditioner provided which was a nice touch. The pools were absolutely Baltic, kids pool was nice last two days when weather improved. Main pool is like an ice bath and climatized pool not much warmer! There are photographers on site so we got beautiful photos of the kids which was a great option. Overall a really nice hotel with very attentive staff, good animation team, great kids club & we are looking forward to staying next year.

Our stay at H10 Rubicon Lanzarote was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by the beautiful scent of the hotel and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room oh my god! It was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated truly a dream to come back to after a day out. The hotel surroundings were stunning, with sunny skies making it feel like summer in February. The food was top-notch, absolutely delicious, and the cocktails at the main bar near reception were superb. Even the koi fish in the ponds were a charming touch wow, wow, wow! The swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Every detail of this hotel was superb, and we genuinely had a wonderful few days here. I highly recommend this hotel amazing experience from start to finish!
