Excellent hotel. Very, very clean and a great location being la 5 minute stroll from the beach. Good rooms with plenty of space and storage. Bathroom could do with an update but that is the only issue with the room...just needs some new fittings and a power shower. Pool are was good with plenty of sun loungers and a nice pool bar. Dining was interesting...you book a dinner slot on the app but there is no checking of this at the entrance so dinner time is a free for all. The dining area is really not big enough (hence trying to spread out the guests) and the staff, who are very good, have to rush around like madmen to keep up. A few more staff would make it easier for them to clear the tables to get more people in. Breakfast was excellent and the fruit and salad options at all meals were very good. Dinner was not as good...there was always something to eat but my children were soon tired of pasta, pizza and chips. All inclusive was good...includes cocktails. The staff in the pool bar were excellent.

This hotel and staff are amazing. The food is lovely and there is great choice and food served at pool bar all day too. Roberto in the bar is an amazing bar man with great customer service and was so nice to us all. The only issue I had was if you have small kids ask for bottom floor as with two buggies and two small ones carrying them up every night was bit hard but the entertainment and all staff and hotel really made up for that. The staff in kids club and the animation team are just fantastic and are such hard working group. Our two kids just loved them and all the activities they done. We would def recommend hotel and everyone that works here are such hardworking from cleaning staff in room to the smiling reception staff.

We stayed 9-16 April at this fantastic hotel and its the first one we have said we will definitely return to, Ive already been looking when we can return!! It was fully booked but never felt too busy! Its immaculate, the entertainment team are incredible without being annoying, the food was gorgeous and fresh and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Only 10 mins from airport and right on a gorgeous beach surrounded by many fabulous and cheap seaside restaurants! Some trip advisor reviews really worried me and I really dont know if they were reviewing the same hotel

Another superb holiday. We first came here 15 years ago with small children and have been back every year. The friendly staff can’t do enough for you and really do go the extra mile to make your holiday extra special. We now visit as a couple and feel superbly relaxed from the first moment we enter the hotel. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book…you will have the best time ever.

We are just back from spending the UK October half term in this hotel and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is gorgeous, set in beautiful gardens. The rooms are very nice, we were in la Gomera, beside the kids playground which was nice and quiet, perfect for us. The reception staff are so accommodating if you want a ground floor or quiet room - e-mail the hotel and ask ahead. The room had a small kitchen and a sofa bed and pull out bed for our two children. Housekeeping staff kept our room in perfect condition, so much appreciated. We went all inclusive which is a great option, good value. The buffets are really great, amazing choice every day. I am allergic to gluten and the chef came out and gave me a tour of the buffet at every meal, making it clear what I could and could not eat and despite my allergy I had great choice, there was very little off limits (apart from chips and pasta which I can eat at home anyway!). Lovely Canarian and Moroccan dishes, (and plenty of European/British food if that's what you want) gorgeous salads and the highlight for my children - the chocolate fountain!! Amazing cakes and desserts too, ice cream by the scoop with lots of sprinkles. What really makes this hotel so special is the staff. All across the hotel the staff are so, so friendly and very helpful. The dining room staff are so busy and work so hard but always have time for a laugh and a joke or to help out if there is a query or a problem. Special shout out to Maria in the dining room who was so lovely, but the whole team are great and keep everything in there flowing so smoothly. The staff in the bars are also very lovely and accommodating and also have time for a chat or a joke. The evening entertainment is also excellent. Mini disco a big hit with Daisy the hotel mascot but the shows afterwards are very family friendly and the hotel staff work so hard to put on a great performance - singing and dancing every night plus a couple of external performers on a couple of nights too who were great. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to a lovely beach and shops/bars/restaurants and there is a bus stop directly outside with good connections. Ignore the people who have said some negative things in their reviews about the hotel, some people will find fault with anything, you would never find somewhere of this standard in the UK - this is a fantastic place for a holiday with your family.
