The Costa del Sol refers to the coastal region of the province of Málaga and the Mediterranean sector of Gibraltar Countryside, in the province of Cadiz. It is one of the most important tourist areas in Spain, concentrating around 35% of all tourism in Andalusia, with more than 17 million overnight stays a year.

Climate

The Costa del Sol is blessed with a pleasant climate, with an average temperature of 19°C and more than 300 days of sun. The rainiest months are November and February. The warmest months are June and July, whereas April, May and October are have the most pleasant temperatures.
