Just back from H10 Estepona Palace Hotel having spent a week there with my wife , and can honestly I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it , I'll admit having read some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive , But I will put others at ease by saying that this is a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it , we will definitely be back next year and look forward to seeing everyone again, staff were So friendly and helpful . The Terrace bar was Beautiful at night so relaxing with magnificent and breathtaking views right across to Africa and the staff here were magnificent also . The hotel is beautiful walk into Estepona Town roughly about 15 mins or alternatively a 6Euro taxi ride .

I've stayed at better H10 hotels

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a good stay. Our first room that we had was ok, we complained that the bed was too hard (like sleeping on a rock). It was sorted by Karin who went above and beyond to find us another room that had a softer mattress, her customer service was 5 stars. The hotel is in an ok location. Its about a 30/40 minute walk to the marina, so if you struggle with walking you would have to rely on cabs or hire a car. The food options are ok, but if you struggle with food intolerances then its hard as nothing is labelled up on the cheese or dessert sections. For example, I can only have hard cheese and could not tell which ones I were able to eat vs not. Parking in the hotel is expensive and is 15 a day to use the underground car park. If you park opposite the hotel in a car park then its free.

Definitely a Palace !

We have stayed in this part of Spain many times over the years but have always rented a villa. This time we decided to book the H10 Estepona Palace. The Hotel is very Lavish both inside and out, 3 swimming pools and with Lifeguards on duty. We booked an Ocean view Junior suite and it was massive , including a fridge , settee , coffee maker and complimentary water. A modern bathroom complete with bath robes and toiletries. The rooms are serviced immaculately in the morning and early evening a knock on the door by the maid presenting chocolates , water and fresh towels again if you wish. There is also vending machines in the Lobby , one of which is stocked with practically anything you could ever need in an emergency. All the staff were fantastic, super friendly and spoke very good English. The entertainment in the evening was excellent and there was something on every night. Kids entertainment is on every day. The breakfast was an excellent choice and good quality produce complete with Cava ! The hotel is in an excellent location and only a 2 minute drive to Estepona port, 8 minutes to Puerto de la Duquesa , 40 minutes to Gibraltar and 50 minutes to Malaga Airport. The ONLY thing letting it down was guests reserving sun loungers with towels and they were remaining unused for many hours. Adopting a policy like some cruise companies operate and if a lounger remains unused and reserved for an hour then the items are removed. We will definitely return as this hotel is Amazing!

Great hotel

Lovely position by the sea with many comfortable seating areas in the main hotel areas ( sadly it rained while we were there so we were not able to take advantage of the many areas to enjoy outside.) The restaurant was well managed and the food of a high standard. The beds were comfortable and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the sea
