This new multichannel website responds to the current context of different devices for each user, thus making it adaptable to any screen, whether PC, tablet, or mobile device. This gives the website great versatility in any environment.Taking into account the findings from usability study that analysed our customers’ needs, as well as incorporating current market trends, the end result is a website that centres itself on the user’s requirements. Its completely new design enhances their experience, making it more intuitive and interactive.The new H10 Hotels website is extremely visual, with slick and intuitive images of the hotels taking centre stage.

Furthermore, the gallery of images now includes photos of the hotels’ facilities, 360° photos, and videos. Another new feature is a portal, subdivided by client type, which offers customers unique promotions tailored to their travel needs.Each hotel has its own microsite with information on all of its facilities and services. This information is split into different sections on the hotel’s services, gallery of images and the opinions of previous customers – both from the H10 Hotels website itself and from other review sites.As for the booking process, numerous improvements have been integrated into the new website. These include a more visual and attractive presentation of the types of rooms, and the new availability and price calendar.

It is also now possible to book additional services such as restaurants or treatments in the same booking, and users can view alerts for available rooms. All of this undoubtedly responds to the user’s needs by streamlining and optimizing the booking process.The website is available in 6 languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, German, French and Italian.
