​H10 Hotels has received the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification. With the aim of ensuring the quality of its services, H10 Hotels underwent an audit to receive this certificate at its central office and all its Barcelona hotels, thereby guaranteeing the correct performance of its H10 Quality Excellence Management System. This certification adds to those already received for its hotels on the Costa Daurada, the Costa del Sol and in Tenerife and Lanzarote.These certifications, which affirm the effective implementation and maintenance of H10 Hotels' Quality System, allow the company to demonstrate its commitment to quality and ongoing improvement to its customers, so it may continue to provide services with the greatest possible efficiency and to ensure customer satisfaction.

   This achievement is part of H10 Hotels' Quality policy, as a reflection of its ongoing concern for customer satisfaction and safety. As part of this policy, H10 Hotels launched the H10 Quality Excellence Management System, its own Quality, Sustainability and Environmental system that aims to ensure customer satisfaction and respect for the environment. Thanks to H10 Quality, its stringent internal auditing process, H10 Hotels has managed to attain quality certificates from a number of organisations, including Q for Tourism Quality, Biosphere certification and the aforementioned ISO 9001:2008.

ISO 9001:2008 is an international certification that looks at eight main standards: customer focus, leadership, involvement of staff, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.In this sense, the ISO 9001:2008 is also a way to improve the company's internal processes, as well as to show its customers its commitment to the continual improvement of its products and services.
