H10 Hotels was established in the early 1980s, when it began operating in Spain's main holiday destinations. Today, the company has more than 55 hotels in 18 destinations, with more than 15,000 rooms, the majority of which it owns.

Our experience of more than 30 years in the hotel sector is based on our commitment to service, business integrity and the continuous application of high quality standards in everything we do. With the aim of gathering together all of these principles and values and the code of conduct that should prevail in our company, in July 2017 the
H10 Hotels Code of Ethics has been approved. All employees, managers, administrators and collaborators of H10 Hotels, as well as their customers, partners, suppliers and, in general, any natural or legal person that may be connected with H10 Hotels must follow this Code of Ethics.
In addition, another way that we are showing our commitment to customer satisfaction is by launching an internal quality assurance programme called H10 Quality, while we also hold external quality certificates such as the Q for Tourism Quality awarded by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE), ISO 9001:2000 awarded by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification and the Biosphere Hotels certificate awarded by UNESCO.
