  A beautiful and special hotel in the heart of Barcelona.

  We had requested a quiet room not facing the street. Our beautiful room on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel was super quiet! And the big bed was so comfortable.

  Excellent breakfast, a big assortment at the buffet but you could also order items à la carte, such as various egg preparations, pancakes, etc.

  Very friendly staff, especially the young man at check-in who welcomed us in Dutch.

  A hotel that I would return to in a heartbeat.

  Nos encantó la decoración del hotel, sobre todo la del Hall, una amplia habitación con una cama extra grande, un desayuno muy bueno (mención a Yolanda que es super simpática y profesional), y un trato más que correcto. Muy recomendable también visitar la terraza del hotel, con unas vistas excepcionales.

  Por poner alguna pega, aun informando que éramos del club H10 al hacer el check-in, no nos ofrecieron ni el cóctel de bienvenida (que ofrecen en su web), ni la opción de hacer el check-out más tarde. A las 12 en punto nos llamaron a la habitación, para muy educadamente ,informarnos que teníamos que salir. Las almohadas son muy finas y incómodas para dormir.

  Gran Hotel. Lo mejor la calidad de su personal.

  Tuvimos un problema de ruido en la habitación contigua y la actuación tanto de la recepcionista de tarde como la de noche noche su fue impecable.

  También destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal en el servicio de cena y desayuno.

  Hotel bien ubicado, limpio y con buenas habitaciones. En la línea de todos los Hoteles de esta cadena.
