Modification and cancellation policies
Reservations made prior to March the 10th 2020: If you booked a non-refundable reservation on our website with a check-in date until April 30th, we are offering you to re-book your stay with no extra cost until May the 1st 2021 (This applies to the same type of room or agreeing to pay a possible difference in rate without any management fee.) To do so, preferably contact the hotel through the email you will find on the right-hand side of the hotel webpage. Or alternatively, you can also do so by contacting our reservations department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reservations made after March the 10th 2020: If you made a reservation on our website for March or April, you can cancel it through the
My bookings section or by contacting us by email at email@example.com or by telephone at +34 900 444 466.

COVID-19 safety measures
The safety and security of our guests and staff remains our highest priority. In response to coronavirus, we have taken additional health and safety measures to help keep our guests and employees safe:
- All Housekeeping staff clean and disinfect rooms every day.
- We have increased the frequency with which we clean our common areas and shared-use objects (lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, room cards, etc.).
- Hand sanitizer is available in the common areas for your use.
- Our staff has been trained on how to prevent the coronavirus from spreading and we will continue to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness are our top priority across all of our operations.
