H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm

Great location and a great hotel. Super clean, and very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed on a b&b basis and the breakfast was superb, good selection and good quality. First visit to Benidorm but will definitely be back and will stay nowhere else but this hotel.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Spotless, spacious, beautiful and a perfect position right on the beach close to the harbour. The staff are clearly well chosen for their role and couldnt do more for you. The breakfast is plentiful and they serve until 10 which is a bonus. We had a junior suit for 3 adults which was huge with 3 beds and a sea view balcony. The pool are is stunning with an illusion pool and plenty of comfy beds and chairs for everyone. A bar is there too. You are a 3 min walk to the old town shops and restaurants and about 10 min taxi ride to the stop if thats your thing. You really cant go wrong staying here. Enjoy!

Lovely hotel On arrival offered a drink of Proseccoor orange juice ,room was facing the sea which was lovely Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom Staff very pleasant, reception and waiters Our favourite was the sauna and salt water indoor pool We used the infinity pool which was located on the 5th floor Some of the pools on the road were at the front 10/10 for hiding the pool away from the road Definitely would stay there again Only downfall was the TV channel and signal Wasn't very good and only 1 English speaking channel other than the news

Conveniently located near the old town but with Levante beach a short walk away. The Hotel staff were very helpful especially our Rep called Pippa who found our lost bag for us. Susanna on the bar was very efficient and friendly and the area was clean and tidy. The food was buffet style and varied and of good quality. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was small but nice with plenty of sun beds and a pool side bar. We would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is nice, the public areas are modern & clean. The room ( we booked the Poniente suite)it was ok, The kettle was old, and cheap looking, mirrors and plug sockets should really be in sync not miles apart, not really what I expected to find, beds are very comfy, the shower brilliant, great for tired muscles, the balcony was lovely, but very overlooked from all angles, the views are fabulous, not as noisy as you may think being front line. We enjoyed both sun terraces And the spa. Reception staff pleasant enough. Restaurant staff were either friendly and helpful or plain rude, one lady thought it acceptable to lift her hand to me, as if to silence me as I started to talk. The food. If you dont mind ok, then youll be ok. You wont starve, and some nights ( 2 ) out of 7, were perfectly acceptable. Now Im not daft, and we have been to quite a few H10s & the standard at this hotel is clearly not up to par. We will be returning to H10 in the Canary Islands in June. Its amazing how much they all differ ? I understand that we are all different, and like different things, and Im pretty easy going generally, dont get me wrong, it wasnt awful, but lacking.
