Para comenzar este es el segundo hotel (Cancún y Punta Cana) al que he ido de esta cadena y creo que saben lo que hacen, la comida está muy rica, muy variada y la verdad que el trato es perfecto.
estuve diez dias y la verdad que me hubiese quedado más. La playa está genial, es muy bonita y hay suficiente espacio para todos.
Lo mejor sin duda, los cafés de Mike, están buenisimos.
Confío mucho en esta cadena y por ello, mis vacaciones este año también serán en esta cadena (Lanzarote y Tenerife) así que tendréis noticias mías dentro de poco.

I was there for a destination wedding and I thought the place was amazing. However, we were traveling with a handicapped (wheel chair) person and although the airline did zero to assist us in this area, the hotel stepped up and covered any additional costs for transporting to and from the airport.
The grounds were beautiful. The beach went on forever and the ocean was so blue. Birds, flowers, palm trees and music throughout. No crowds, impeccable service everywhere. Amazing meals in the many restaurants. Friendly staff. No hassles on the beach. Endless sunshine and gentle breezes - We just loved it! I would love to return.

Had great food portions and I generally don't like buffets, but your buffet was awesome because the seafood portions were great and fresh. Food was amazing and the restaurants were so cute! Everyone was super friendly and joking around and stuff so the atmosphere was very light. I went to hard rock after, and they have better rooms, but they don't really smile a lot, and they hold doors open for you and you smile at them and they don't really say hi or anything. But you guys always say "holla" and it just makes me smile! I loved the activity crew at the pool,they're so upbeat and happy. Great trip! Loved it!
