The centre
Our scuba diving centre is at the Ocean Maya hotel, located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and it offers complete services:
- Equipment rental
- Scuba diving boats with an awning to provide shadea
- Tank-filling station
- Multi-media classroom
- Cleaning and drying area
- Exclusive room for storing your gear
- Showers
The centre is located barely 20 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the hotel pool. The scuba diving operation is simple and easy, so all you have to do is enjoy.
Route:
There are 3 daily departures by boat to the second longest reef in the world. In just a short 10-20 minute trip, you reach the majority of scuba diving points:

The island of Cozumel is 12 miles from Playa del Carmen, and diving is organised in one-day trips that include a double tank, transport, food and beverages.
The Cenotes Mayas are flooded caverns formed millions of years ago. Their transparent waters and their stalactites and stalagmites make these diving places a unique experience in the world. For groups of up to a maximum of 4 people, accompanied by a cave guide. Open Water certification or similar is required, in addition to minimum experience diving in open water. We travel at most one hour over land in order to dive in the best cenotes: Dos Ojos, Chac Mool, Taj maha, Grand Cenote, Angelita....
