H10 Hotels re-launch Club H10

Setting its sights on customer loyalty

H10 Hotels re-launche its customer loyalty programme, Club H10, with a new, fresher image and improved concept. The programme already has almost 100,000 members.

The new Club H10, offers a range of benefits to its members staying at both holiday and city hotels. Members can benefit from exclusive privileges such as priority reservations, courtesy mini-bars, daily linen changes, weather forecasts or an invitation for cocktail or a courtesy lunch or dinner for two in the hotel restaurant.

Another innovation allows Club H10 members to earn points not only for their hotel stays, but also for purchasing extras in the bars, restaurants and wellness, and for buying H10 Hotels or Daisy (the chain’s children's mascot) merchandise in the hotels.

All these points can be exchanged for hotel stays, dinners in the restaurants and other additional services.

The new website, www.clubh10.com,, is more dynamic and interactive than ever. Members will find all the information they need about the club, with the latest news and offers.

The Club H10 website is launching a photography competition where members can post photos of their stays in any of the hotels in the chain and then vote for the image they would like to win. This initiative is designed to enable the club to get closer to its members, and allow them to find out about other members' experiences in the hotels in the chain.

What’s more, Club H10 is launching a special offer for its members, awarding double points for all hotels stays reserved until 31 January and for stays between 1 December 2007 and 31 May 2008.
