12/15/2010 H10 Hotels presents its new internal quality system: H10 Quality Excellence Management System
The chain includes new features in its internal quality system in order to be awarded with distinguished certifications such as ISO 9001:2008
From the beginning, H10 Hotels has always maintained a clear management policy that focuses on excellent quality in its services and facilities. Therefore, it has applied a firm internal quality system for several years, which from now on will be known as H10 Quality Excellence Management System.
After an extremely thorough audit process, this new program guarantees excellent service and facilities in all of the chain's establishments. The two basic pillars are: the customer's satisfaction and security and to ensure the development of sustainable tourism.
The satisfaction survey has been improved in order to ensure the customer's satisfaction. It has been simplified and sorted by production centres to be able to identify the hotel guests' opinions and suggestions and to improve the quality in service day by day. In order to make this task easier for customers, there are interactive points in the hotels where customers can fill out the survey online during their stay. There also are post check-out surveys that will be sent to customers by e-mail.
CERTIFIED BY ISO 9001:2008
As a result of this demanding internal audit program, in 2010 four of the chain’s hotels in Spain have been certified by ISO 9001:2008, one of the most important management certifications of this industry, created by the International Organization for Standardization. These hotels are: H10 Oasis Moreque and H10 Costa Adeje Palace in Tenerife, H10 Universitat and H10 Salauris Palace in the Costa Daurada. In 2004, H10 Delfín Park in Salou was also granted this certification.
This certification, guaranteed by an independent entity called TÜV Rheinland, shows how H10 Hotels' team and the establishments are committed to the ISO 9001:2008 management system's eight requirements: focus on the customer, leadership, ensure personnel participation, focus on processes, focus on management system, continual improvement, focus on decision making and maintaining a good rapport with suppliers.
As a result of this demanding internal management system, H10 Hotels also has the so-called Q for Spanish Tourist Quality in nine of its establishments.
H10 Quality Excellence Management System is the result of H10 Hotels' commitment to a constant management improvement to ensure excellence in services and facilities in all of its establishments.
