H10 Hotels opens its first hotel in Germany, the H10 Berlin Ku’damm

H10 Hotels, the hotel chain based in Spain with a solid presence in the state, the Caribbean and in Europe, is officially opening its first establishment in Germany, the H10 Berlin Ku’ damm.

This newly-built hotel is well sited in the main commercial area in the west of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm avenue, very close to some of the main tourist sights in the city such as the Zoo, the Kaiser Wilhelm Commemorative Church or the legendary KaDeWe department stores.

The H10 Berlin Ku’damm, designed by the renowned German studio Kleihues+Kleiues, boasts a singular architecture that recovers a historical building of the city, which used to house a former University technical school, erecting a new seven-storey building behind it where most of the rooms and the common areas of the hotel are located. One of the building's highlights, beside its innovative architecture, are the superimposed bricks and the central glass dome which links the establishment's two buildings, affording the spaces even greater luminosity.

In the elegant and contemporary line of all H10 Hotels city establishments, the H10 Berlin Ku’damm features a modern and open style with an interior design based on pure lines and premium-quality furniture, where the large windows leverage the light, complemented, in turn, by the warm colours and decorative elements of German inspiration.

This hotel, which strikes a perfect balance between exclusivity and new technologies, has 163 Deluxe Rooms, 7 Junior Suites, 7 Suites, 18 Superior Lofts and 4 Duplex Lofts, all of them with views of the city or of the famous Kurfürstendamm avenue, and boasting an open and comfortable decoration. The rooms, featuring colourful murals that tap into pop culture, have all the necessary comforts: television with flat LCD screen and international channels, free WiFi Internet access, intelligent temperature control, USB and audiovisual connection, 24-hour room service, Textures Collection bathroom kit, minibar, safe and work desk. Similarly, for those looking for even larger rooms or travelling with the family, the lofts are the ideal place. The hotel offers its clients an exclusive gastronomic offer in its The Kitchen Restaurant and the Lobby Bar.
