H10 Hotels adds four new hotels to the Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services category

The international hotel chain H10 Hotels has added four new hotels to the Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services category, a personalised service offering guests superior rooms and exclusive services throughout their stay.

Chosen for their unbeatable locations and impeccable service, the hotels H10 Gran Tinerfe and H10 Conquistador (both on Tenerife), H10 Lanzarote Princess (on Lanzarote) and Ocean Maya Royale (Riviera Maya) have all been included in the category. Their inclusion came on the heels of major improvements at all four establishments, including the comprehensive renovation of many of their rooms and the construction of new areas intended to offer more exclusive services to Privilege guests.

To ensure exclusivity and guest privacy, new Privilege Lounges have been inaugurated in outstanding seaside locations, especially chosen to create an exceptional and relaxed atmosphere. Day and night, Privilege guests will be able to enjoy complementary newspapers, TV, Internet and an open bar, serving coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and sweet and savoury snacks.

Additionally, in order to maximise guest comfort, the best rooms have been grouped and reserved on an exclusive Privilege Floor, where guests can enjoy stunning views of the sea or pool and a range of additional services, such as a single-serve Nespresso coffee machine, an iPhone and mp3-player dock, an exclusive complementary welcome gift, a pillow menu, daily newspapers, weather forecasts, a robe, slippers and VIP amenities.

Likewise, private areas have been created at the hotel restaurants, where guests will be able to enjoy world-class cuisine, and special Privilege sundecks equipped with Bali beds and offering magnificent sea views have been added to the pool areas.

Like the other establishments in this category, these four hotels will moreover offer the full range of exclusive benefits included in the Privilege programme, such as personalised check-in and check-out, late check-out (subject to availability), a bellhop service, personalised guest service and a free WiFi Internet connection.

From now on, guests will be able to choose the Privilege service at these four hotels when booking their rooms online or checking in at the hotels.
