H10 Conquistador, Tenerife

Beautiful big clean hotel with a touch of luxury. Definitely upgrade to the Privilege package as once your there you have a wonderful choice of restaurants with no extras to pay. You can use the excellent Spa any time too. Treatments are extra. The Japanese restaurant is particularly good as all is freshly cooked in front of you, so it’s a wonderful experience too. There is a private privileged terrace on the 6th floor with a well stocked self serve bar and nibbles. There is also a small plunge pool and jacuzzi, The position of the hotel is fantastic as your a 2 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and town, as well as being right on the beach. You can walk out the back door and stroll for miles along the coastal walk. You can watch the surfers while having your morning coffee on your balcony. Rooms are extremely clean and daily cleaning with clean towels/ pool towels if required. We will definitely be back soon.

Just back from a lovely week at H10 Conquistador. The overall ambiance was very relaxed from the moment we arrived. We went half board which was ideal for us as we like eating different places at night and we could change our evening meal for lunch. Food was great. All buffet style but also 3 other restaurants which we didnt try. We had a standard room but were pleasantly surprised as we overlooked the sea. Room maybe was a bit tired but like everything in the hotel it was spotlessly clean. Room was cleaned everyday. I definitely would book the same room again. It’s situated at top of Golden Mile close to all shops and restaurants and right on the promenade at the beach. The beach isnt great to sunbathe or swim but 10 mins either way brings you to beautiful beaches. There is a gate at the back which brings you straight onto the promenade. All the staff were very pleasant. Entertainment most nights and a great inside bar at night. Lots of different pools but the shining star was the adults heating infinity pool with its own pool bar and without doubt Pedro in the pool bar is the hotels best asset. There is security and lots of lifeguards etc about. My only quibbles would be having to pay for the safe and not having tea and coffee in the room. They will send up a kettle if you ask. I would definitely book again!!

Just returned from a week long stay. From check in to check out I found the experience to be better than expected. Friendly, welcoming reception, spacious comfortable room with good amenities and excellent Wi-Fi throughout every square inch of the hotel, including the recently added adult-only pool area with heated pool and an amazing Citroen van that’s been converted into a bar where drinks and snacks are served by a super friendly and entertaining team of staff members. Every single member of staff, without exception, were professional, courteous and helpful, from reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and even the lifeguards keeping an eye out around the pools. All delightfully friendly yet professional. The location couldn’t be better, right on the seafront yet close to the heart of the main attractions of Las Americas. Visible security presence and regular quality entertainment add the cherry on top. This hotel is top notch. I truly can not find a single negative. Well done Conquistador. See you again on my next visit ????

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at h10 conquistador. The food, atmosphere, waiters, bar and reception staff.. i have to give my most gratitude to the amazing staff in the entertainment team ( Michaela, Max, Gavi, Gavi and Mari ) who took all the steps to make us feel welcomed on our holiday. We aren’t the most confident type, but with they’re encouragement, we’ve all took part in all the activities and met new amazing people out of it. We hope to come back in the future and see all the staff again!

We are just coming to the end of our two week stay at H10 Conquistador. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is beautiful, food is great, pools are beautiful, rooms are a bit small but that wasn’t problematic. All hotel staff are brilliant inclusive of the reception team, bar staff, cleaners and waiting staff. What really makes this hotel extra special is the outstanding calibre of the entertainment/ animation team. Max, Javi, Mari, Michaela, and Javi make each and every guest feel part of their hotel family. They go out of their way to learn guests names and encourage each and every guest to participate in the planned activities which are varied and enjoyable. Mari and Michaela made Rosie feel incredibly welcome at Daisy club and she will remember them forever. Their kindness and compassion is to be commended. Javi, Max and Javi show a genuine love for their work. I’m certain that our family might not have joined in so many of the activities if it wasn’t for their encouragement and enthusiasm. The entertainment team work tremendously hard and deserve to be celebrated for their dedication to their work. Thank you Javi, Michaela, Mari, Max and Javi.
