H10 Lanzarote Princess, Lanzarote

It was my fourth consecutive time staying at the Lanzarote princess over Christmas & new year , Im really impressed with it as its a very well presented hotel, its of a modern style & always kept clean & tidy. The staff are fabulous & extremely attentive n helpful, nothing is too much trouble.The food being served is of a good quality & theres always plenty to suit all tastes at all sittings for meals plus the poolside snack bar provides a great choice of snacks sandwiches hot n cold , Mikes cafe also has a nice selection of cakes n pastries plus makes lovely hot chocolate or milk shakes & you also have the poolside bar which is well stocked . The hotels position is Ideal , only approximately 300 yards from garden gate to the seafront & to the many nearby bars n restaurants plus numerous shops , Im disabled & have to use either sticks or my power chair to get about , but I didnt encounter any problems going to seafront & riding to either the town centre n harbour areas or to the Rubicon Marina as the pathways are all smooth free of obstacles and very wide so manoeuvring around was very easy . Everyone I met was so helpful towards me & went out of their way to help or assist me be that hotel staff or employees & owners of local establishments, they all now recognise me from my previous visits & make me welcome from arrival to departure, Im returning again this next Christmas n new year because I find the place so good, what more could I ask for everything is here for me a great hotel, lovely helpful staff, very tasty food, easy access to gardens and to beach plus great entertainment from musicians n singers & help from staff on reception to arrange any outings I choose to make The H10 princess is my number one choice for a holiday in Lanzarote & I highly recommended it to others.

Great hotel in a very good location between the old town of playa blanca and the Rubicon marina. Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of playa dorada.

Stayed here with my 5 year old daughter in April Easter holidays. The staff are so helpful, cant fault them! The food is wonderful, fresh, tasty and in abundance! Big thank you goes to the daisy club team, this team work so hard entertaining the children with arts and crafts, games and dance routines all the way through to the evening disco at 8pm every night. I am a parent who is always nervous leaving my child in any kids club, but I didnt need to be nervous here; Andreas, Virginia, and Diana were all so gentle and vigilant with the children, we were very sad to say goodbye. Thank you to all the staff you are doing an incredible job!

Really nice hotel, friendly staff - we stayed in a family room on ground floor with our baby - really good size and very clean and comfy - nice pools, great location for beach, shops and marina only a 10 mins walk away. Good 4 star hotel - we will return for sure. A few potential areas for improvement (nothing major just an honest review) - whilst breakfast and lunch was always good, dinner wasnt quite as good - and very very busy - also, we were all inclusive, but you have to order your drinks for dinner at the table at the start of dinner so can be an issue if you want more drinks during your meal - also, whilst we arent big drinkers, not a good choice of alcoholic drinks for all inclusive guests - esp at the pool side bar - another slight issue was uk channels on tv didnt work - we dont watch much tv on holiday but as we had our baby with us we needed to be in the room for a few hours each day whilst he napped - so ideally the tv channels should have been working - reception said it was a signal issue but wasnt fixed whilst we were there - however overall a very good hotel with friendly staff and excellent rooms - we will be back soon.

Amazing hotel, could not fault it in any way. Would definitely return. Close to beach, harbour and marina. Lots to do and was a very relaxing holiday. Couldnt fault the food choice in the hotel restaurant and all staff were very helpful. Overall a 10/10 for us
