Our first stay here and we had a nice stay. The staff are very welcoming and were very polite listening to my far from perfect Spanish! We had a nice room with a sea view and sunny balcony. The bathroom was quite small and the beds uncomfortable. Food was adequate - a fair selection. Upgrade price to All Inclusive was good value, as was the price of our stay in general.

Have never posted a comment before on any holiday i have been on but had to do it for our fab holiday in lanzarote gardens i travelled with 17 people aged from 1 to 55 and everyone had a fantastic time the staff were the most polite and helpful i have ever come across they could not do enough for you as for the entertainment team only one word for them WOW every night they put on fabulous shows and always had a smile for everyone and had loads of time for the kids, emi especially was outstanding in his job would highly recommend lanzarote gardens for families don‘t think it‘d be what single people would be looking for as it is always full with kids. I‘ll definitly be back again ...One little comment if the bar had a happy hour while the show was on i‘d say more people would use the bar and maybe kids drinks for a euro all the time

2 adults and two children, fantastic stay, the entertainment staff were fantastic towards everyone, especially the children. Two childrens clubs in day gave us quality time twice per day.The staff were fully customer focused and the site was clean and tidy, rooms excellent too. The food was catered more towards the european market but plenty of choice although quite limited to taste. Have just booked two rooms for July 2010 and would recommned everyone especially with family not to consider anywhere else.

Positive Excellent reception, maid service, dining room, & maintainance staff. Although we had a few problems during our stay the service couldn‘t be faulted.The cleanliness of the apartment and facilaties was first class. Negatives Internet corner always full of youngsters & children so this made us not want to use this facility. There was no respite place from children in the bar area either, they were running about in and out of the tables . We have grandchildren ourselves and understand that children want to feel free to play. An area of quiet for adults to retreat to would be a good idea.

My husband and I spent two weeks holiday in September 2009 at Lanzarote Gardens. Had a very relaxing break.Staff were very friendly and heplful to me with my Ceoliac Condition ( GLUTEN FREE ) Sports facility very good. Animation team provided good enterment.

Me and boyfiend recently stayed in Lanzarote Gardens! And we were delighted! The hotel claims to be a 3 star... but really... it should be a 4 star! Really nice pool and facilities, there are programmes of sport and activities to do all day for all ages! The room was really big, two separate rooms, with a kitchen! The staff were really friendly, and the entertainers are very talented and give great perfomances! WE SHALL RETURN!

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to Lanzarote Gardens, and must say it was even better than last year, it was great to see Mario and Katharina there again and of course all of the bar and waiting on staff, who were all very helpful and friendly, the only thing lacking is air conditioning, there was a heat wave while we were there and must say it was pretty unbearable for sleeping at night, even so we will definitley be returning next year with or without air con, this is without a doubt one of the best hotel we have stayed in.

hi, I‘ve been home for just over a week now and have just had to let you know about our recent holiday to lanzarote gardens. We found thtat the facilities were great, but what really made our holiday is the exceptional dedication of your staff in making everyones stay fantastic. Our children ages 16, 9 & 1 are quite shy and the childrens team always spoke and were happy, having fun with the children and involving all of them. There a a few that went above and beyond there roles and we feel that they should be recognised for making our holiday one to remeber and being the best we have taken abroad. There was a young chef on the carvery who has dark hair and just had fun with everyone, making them smile. Also a waiter / barman who I think worked during the day with a chinese lady on 22/07/09 and these two were so good to us over our stay and lastly a barman / waiter who I think was called Reberto who was working in the bar on our last night 22/07/09 and he was just exceptional... a very nice man who worked extremly hard and made sure everyone on holiday was enjoying themselves. He is without a doubt an asset to your team and made our stay with you PERFECT! I feel that it is your team that you have there that will make people return and recommend lanzarote gardens as a place to stay and please could you just thank them all for a fantastic holiday as this is the least they should receive! regards j. thomas

apartment was basic, but clean and comfortable with large patio area. facilities and activities for all ages are excellent. The food is fantastic especially considering the amount of different nationalities that had to be catered for.. maybe some improvement could be made on the full english breakfast! !... but all the staff here are absolutly fantastic... second to none and they made our holiday the best we have ever had abroad and are the reason we would definitly consider going back to this hotel...
