My stay was excellent. The room on the 8th floor was great with a view of the sea and a nice scene of "old Havana". Good location with closeness to old Havana and quietness of the environs.Thanks for a nice stay. I would also like to commend your receptionist-Elaine. She remembered me from our visit in 2012. What s SUPER person! She made me feel so at "home" again with her warm welcome and charming personality. Her command of American English is excellent.She was a great help answering my many questions.Give her my high regards and future blessisngs. Elaine,"Keep up your outstanding hostess charm".

I'v been in Cuba so many times and in so many hotels this is by far the best hotel I've ever seen the best service the stuff work there they have the great attitude they Always smile and they help you with anything you need inside the hotel or outside the hotel They treat you like King and make you feel like you home It's right on the ocean they have the best entertainment bands salsa band in piano bar at the lobby the best group band they Sing from there heart its amazing From the people I remember their names they were so Great in the front desk Tamara and Elaine and Angelica guest service , I sometimes pay more just to be in this hotel or I just buy airfare only so i can stay in panorama hotel .
